Why? Because it makes you sound like you know what you’re doing.
Why? Because I love when people try to pronounce it. Even I screw it up sometimes!
8. Kaasdoop 
Why? Um it means a gouda fondue – yum.
7. Crudités 
Why? Because you got to love that the French have a fancy word for chopped veggies.
6. Flambé 
Why? Fire in the kitchen is never a good thing except for when this happens.
5. Deglaze 
Why? It means that some magic is going to happen.
4. Au Jus 
Why? My mother always messes this word up and I love her for it.
3. Emulsify 
Why? Its just a cool word.
2. Coagulate 
Why? It’s a fun word to say. 
1. Bacon 
Why? Do I really need to answer this?
